the centre vent / footwell blend flap is the TOP LEFT one
the top right one is for defrosting blend flap
the bottom one is the temperature control Flap
the top left one controls the center vent/footwell blend flap ,
remove the motor ( remove srews and pull outward )
and insert a 50mm torx socket into the recess and and move the flap back and forth a few times
you should feel the difference in the air distrubustion when you move the flap
if you cannot feel the difrence then the fault will lie internal of the heater box eg, broken flap / rod ( this would require a complete heater box )
if the flap/direction moves to the centre vent/footwell then the fault will lie with the motor/actuator
you can swap one of the motors as they are all the same
