Onko kukaan vaihtanut puhaltimen säätimien taustavaloa muun väriseksi? Mulla on englanninkieliset ohjeet, mutta en ole vielä uskaltanut aloittaa koko hommaa. Ei ainakaan vaikuta helpolta. Tätä tarkoitan

Melko vaikea homma hioa siitä osasta se vihreä pois. Itse yritin kuuteen eri kohtaan hioa varovaisesti ja silti kaikista meni läpi. Kuva selittänee paremmin mitä tarkoitan. http://img401.imageshack.us/img401/6819/osa1ae1.jpg
Pakko yrittää maalata jollain ohuella siveltimellä nuo kohdat joiden pitäisi olla mustia. Sitten laitan teipit taakse, ettei läpituleva valo ole niin kirkas ja siniset ledit nykyisten valkeiden polttimoiden tilalle. Ja jos ei toimi niin sitten pitää uhrata alkuperäinen osa. Eiköhän se tästä...

Itse asiassa tämäkin tyyppi on ilmeisesti hionut läpi ne mustatkin kohdat ja maalannut koko paskan uudelleen, mikäli jotain englannista ymmärrän.
"- I ran at the 8th speed setting applying moderate pressure in a circular motion
- Once the green is off of the face run 220 grit over it to help smooth the surface.
- Run 600 grit wet sand over that.
- Apply a small amount of acetone to a paper towel.
- Rub the front surface gently to help smooth the surface and fill any ruts left from overworking. Acetone is very abrasive to plastics such as this and can be used to rework or fill any crevices when applied with the proper technique.
- DON’T overdue it with the acetone. You’ll know it’s working properly because you will see a white film begin to develop when the acetone dries.
- Rinse and sand with the 600 grit to polish the surface.
- You’ll need to make stencils to place for the symbols
- The stencil choice is up to you (I’m working with a decal shop currently to replicate the OEM symbols, using a digital pick for the reference.)"

Nyt olen hionut sen hihreän värin pois, ja seuraavaksi pitäisi tulostaa sapluunat joiden avulla voin maalata (varmasti aivan v**un vaikea homma) uudet kuvat ja numerot. Kiinnostus on kyllä jo vähän lopahtanut koko hommaan...

Onhan nuihin myynnissä "kortsuja" joilla värin saa muutettua?
Tosin "mustaa valoa" ei vielä ole edes keksitty vaikka joku yrittää tehdä sitä esim. maalaamalla takavalot mustaksi?
